Keira is at the Dead Man's Chest premiere in the UK in this photo.
Hair This hairstyle works best for shoulder length or above hair. It would turn out as well with longer hair.
[01] Most people think that she just scrunched her hair, but I am actually styling my hair like this for junior prom, and my mom and I figured out how to get this effect. It's really simple, and it'll take at most 15 minutes. If your hair is naturally curly or wavy, you might want to straighten it first. Use a 1" thick curling iron and start to curl your hair. Make sure that you start at the top of the strands, not at the bottom. Twist your hair around until about 3/4th's of it is curled, and before you can curl the bottom, pull straight down. This will give a couple of waves, while leaving the bottom part straight.
[02] Use this technique around your entire head until you have a wavy look. Use a styling gel like Frederick Fekkai's Piecing and Forming Wax to seperate strands and make the effect more messy.
[03] Once you have finished, use hair spray to keep your style lasting all day.
Makeup I've actually tried to do this makeup myself and I thought the end result was really great and it looked nice.
[01] Use foundation to even out your skin, and a nice light blush (not a lot) on your cheeks.
[02] To make your eyebrows straight and nearly perfect like Keira's, use Mac Brow Set in the Clear. If your eyebrows are light, then use a darker eyeshadow to make them bolder.
[03] Apply a brown or black eyeliner to your upper eyelids and to your lower eyelids on the lower water line.
[04] Use an eyeshadow that's a tad bit darker than your skin tone and apply it all around your eye, almost to your eyebrows and some under your eye.
[05] Lightly dust a dark brown eyeshadow like Bronze over the layer that you just applied.
[06] My mom has a great golden eyeshadow thing with 6 different shades of gold, ranging from very light (almost white) gold to a deep shade of gold. She got it from Bobbi Brown. However, I think the product isn't sold anymore because it isn't on their website. I used a shade like Bamboo and applied it to my inner eyelids. Then use a shade like Romp to apply to the middle of your eyelid. Finally, use a shade like Tempting to put on your outer eyelids.
[07] Dust a golden shadow where you would put eyeliner under your eyes and on top of your eyes.
[08] I used a white eyeshadow to dab in my inner tearducts.
[09] Finish with two coats of black mascara.
